Employees Retraining Board and the Trade and Industry Department held a seminar on ""Secrets on Enterprise Human Capital Management " at the Lecture Hall on the ground floor of the Central Library of Hong Kong on October 3 (Wednesday). Mr. Ng Chi Chiu, director of the Success Base Engineering Limited, was invited to be the guest speaker to share his practical experience. He also exchanged ideas with other guest speakers and learned from them the wisdom of talent management.
