As a leading construction company in Hong Kong, Superland Group has taken up its corporate social responsibility by actively promoting environmental protection and carbon reduction emission in order to reduce the environmental impact among all the projects. Success Base Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, has been in the van of creating an environmentally conscious workplace over the past 18 years. This year, Success Base received the "BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards" and also the “3 Year+ EcoPioneer Logo”, in recognition that we have been awarded for three consecutive years or more.
The Group recognizes the construction industry generates significant environmental impacts and uses a huge amount of resources. We aim to reduce the environmental pressures we put on the already stressed natural systems, as well as play our part in reducing contributions to global warming. Moreover, we are investing more resources in recycling to help the development of circular economy.
Hosted by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) and sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong) since 2015, the "BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards Programme" aims to encourage manufacturers and service providers in Hong Kong and the Pan-Pearl River Delta to implement environmental pollution control measures in the region.
