Success Base has a dedicated department responsible for the management, usage, real-time monitoring and maintenance of all office equipment. Operation user guideline has also been set up to ensure safe operation of all facilities.

Site Safety
Success Base is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. We implement the occupational health and safety policy, actively take safety precautions for each project, and stick to the principle of “Safety First”. Our aim is to prevent accidents at the site, to ensure that all staff of the site are provided with high standards of occupational health, safety and welfare and to take all responsible and reasonable measures to protect the safety of the public. Only site workers which are trained on site safety and received a Green Card for certifications would be employed.
We also offer free safety equipment for all site workers including helmet, boots, goggles, earplugs, mask, gloves, safety belt and safety vest. Site safety is not only about taking care of ourselves, but also our family.
