Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full scope of budget, design, production & site work from concept development to construction oversight.

• Create and present design documentation, including detailed drawings and material selection.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Review and coordinate fitting-out details to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design or related disciplines.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on residential projects.

• Extensive experience in residential interior design for new developments preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3D Max.

• Strong ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle full set drawings independently.
