Job Responsibilities

  • Perform administration services including renovation, repair and maintenance, fixed asset procurement and other administrative duties.
  • Assist in various company activities and events.
  • Prepare settlement for various office expenses and staff benefits.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the Administration field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (good in PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge in video editing is a plus.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as demonstrating a learning attitude.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
