Employees Retraining Board and the Trade and Industry Department held a seminar on ""Secrets on Enterprise Human Capital Management " at the Lecture Hall on the ground floor of the Central Library of Hong Kong on October 3 (Wednesday). Mr. Ng Chi Chiu, director of the Success Base Engineering Limited, was invited to be the guest speaker to share his practical experience.
